After completing L4M6 – Supplier Relationships within the CIPS diploma, I can say it was a highly valuable and enriching professional experience.
Through this course, I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of building and managing strong, long-term relationships with suppliers rather than focusing only on short-term transactions. It also helped me develop my skills in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management in a way that creates greater value for the organization. I feel this module has broadened my perspective in procurement and strengthened my ability to make more strategic and effective decisions in the workplace.
